Our Story

We searched for the perfect hummus only to find it between us.

Unsatisfied with the hummus options around us, we decided to make it ourselves.

It took 9 months of experimenting with garbanzo beans (raw chikpeas), organic tahini (sesame paste), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and methods of preparation to get the perfect hummus that tasted like The Old Country.

Each chickpea is cared for from start to finish.
This is our journey to perfecting the art and taste of hummus.
